Michaela Thoma is a change expert and project manager. She provides support and advice in processes of organisational change.

Michaela is a sociologist, with a main focus on sociology of organisations. During her studies of sociology, information and communications technology and media consulting she worked as a researcher exploring practices of project management in organisations, and the transformation of the IT industry. After her studies she became Consortial Partner of Systemic Excellence Group, supporting entrepreneurial change.
