Consistently ahead of her time, Delia's Enterprise 2.0 training programs for business began in 2006, and were granted Foundation Award status by the University of Hull soon after. Her consultancy clients included the University of Hull, Hull City Council, NHS, East Riding Business Network, Beverley Chamber of Commerce, Immage Studios and many SME's. Delia's international career path spans Australia, Europe, and the UK, working across several industry sectors that included training, business, organisation change management and IT has resulted in a unique overview of how technology impacts on the way we communicate and do business. As acceptance of "social media" in the business world and society over the past 10 years has given rise to exponential innovation and social change, Delia's research focus is developing, implementing and evaluating a practical approach of "Systemic Leadership in a Networked World" using a critical systems thinking approach.

Nicknamed 'The Boundary Woman', Delia's key contribution is the development of the Boundary Triage and its Objects - a practical critical systemic leadership toolbox that embraces embodied cognition and is theoretically grounded in systems, social and organisational theory.

Specialities: systemic leadership; systems thinking, philosophy and practice; boundary theory; collective intelligence; collective innovation; open innovation; internet evolution; social media; networks; collaborative and digital technologies.

Key Research Interests: AI Algorithms, Humanoid Robots (Soft), Cyberethics, Cybernetics, Social Systemics
